- Our products ship Monday-Friday, except holidays indicated below, and all US Postal holidays. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for processing of your order. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days after order processing. (Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
All pet beds will ship separately and will arrive via FedEx or UPS. Unfortunately due to this shipping method, we are unable to ship dog beds to PO Boxes. Products may weigh less than actual shipping weight due to shipping material. Check out shipping charges for any product by adding the item to your cart. Please allow 6-10 days for shipment of most pet beds.

- The Recycled Retriever values the privacy of your personal data. We do not sell any information to third party vendors.
- Returns & Replacements
- All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us at orders@therecycledretriever.com prior to returning any products. We will accept returns on most unused products that are in resalable condition up to 30 days after delivery.
All products are subject to a 15% return processing fee. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.) Orders cancelled or refused once processed for shipping, or returned as undeliverable, will be treated in the form of a return.
After receiving your Return Authorization Number, repack the item securely with a copy of your invoice included. Please indicate if you wish to receive a refund or exchange for another product. Send your package, with shipping paid, to the address provided with the Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt of the package, your original credit card will be credited for all resalable items, or we will send your replacement product.
If any product is received damaged, or we make a mistake on your order, please retain the packaging material for FEDEX/USPS/UPS inspection and claim. We will fix the problem as quickly as possible. Please contact us at orders@therecycledretriever.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

- Our retail store is located at 322 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA (next to The Patio restaurant). We may be reached at (508) 487-0188. We are currently open daily at 11:00am. Closing time varies depending on the activity in town.
Store returns will be accepted with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused and in resalable condition. Refund will be in the same form of the original purchase. Any products returned after 30 days, or without original receipt, will be issued a store credit based on the product being in unused and resalable condition.
